1. Gold & Silver Purity: All gold jewellery (including 22KT, 18KT, 14KT, and 9KT items) and sterling silver (925 purity) sold by New Dhar Jewellers are 100% authentic and certified with standard BIS Hallmark stamps where applicable under Indian law.
2. Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and weights of our products as accurately as possible. However, because our jewellery is handcrafted by artisans, minor variations in weight ($\pm 0.5\%$), gemstone shade, or surface finish may occur.

3. Pricing, Gold Rates & Payments

1. Live Market Rates: Gold, silver, and platinum prices fluctuate daily based on prevailing bullion market rates. The final applicable price of an item is determined at the time your payment is successfully processed.
2. Pricing Discrepancies: While we strive to maintain accurate live pricing for 9KT, 18KT, 22KT Gold, and Silver on our website, in the rare event of a technical pricing glitch or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order placed at an incorrect price.
3. Accepted Payment Modes: We accept online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and approved Digital Wallets through secure payment gateways. Orders will only be processed upon full receipt of payment.

4. Orders & Bespoke Customizations

1. Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email/SMS does not guarantee final acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, or delivery address restrictions.
2. Custom & Bespoke Orders: Orders placed under our "Custom Order" section (including specialized sizing, personalized engraving, or custom gold designs) require an upfront advance deposit. Custom orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned once manufacturing has commenced.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch Timelines: In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require 10 to 18 business days.
2. Transit & Insurance: All online orders are fully transit-insured by New Dhar Jewellers until delivered to your specified shipping address.
3. Delivery Verification: For security reasons, deliveries of high-value precious metals may require a signature, OTP verification, and a valid photo ID upon handover.
4. Package Tampering: Customers are strongly advised not to accept any parcel that appears opened, damaged, or tampered with. Please photograph the package and inform customer support immediately.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Policy: Customers can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible standard catalog items.
2. Return Conditions: Items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice, authenticity tag, and hallmarking certificates.
3. Exclusions: Customized items, altered pieces, worn/damaged items, or specific non-returnable categories (such as personalized silver coins or special promotional sales) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process: Once the returned item passes quality inspection at our facility, refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.

7. Gold Investment Schemes & Deposits

Participation in our flexible Gold Schemes or Deposit Plans is subject to separate scheme-specific terms provided at the time of enrolment. Payments made under monthly instalment plans must be maintained consistently to qualify for scheme bonuses and maturity benefits.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on newdharjewellers.com—including text, graphics, product photography, logos, and website design—is the exclusive property of New Dhar Jewellers. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of any website material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
